BIOGRAPHY

Olivera Mitevska is a biomedical scientist with a background in pharmacology, neuroscience research, and precision genomics. As Operations Officer at NeurAnova, she plays a role in shaping the organization's direction and operational development.

Her responsibilities span organizational strategy, process development, physician engagement, partnership management, branding, and communications. Working closely with healthcare professionals, laboratory partners, and the wider NeurAnova team, Olivera helps drive the development of existing and new services, strengthen professional collaborations, and ensure that the organization continues to evolve in response to emerging opportunities in precision medicine and neurodevelopmental care.

A key part of her work involves developing scalable operational frameworks, overseeing data collection and project coordination, and translating complex scientific concepts into clear, accessible communication for both professional and public audiences. She is particularly interested in building systems that improve efficiency, support evidence-based decision-making, and enable long-term organizational growth.

Olivera holds an MSci in Pharmacology from King's College London with a professional placement year at the University of Oxford.
